      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Adam Field is a business advisory specialist with over 30 years’ experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant, banker, chief financial officer and business advisor. Adam has had the opportunity to assist many clients through significant periods of change. Maintaining a clear head, understanding their goals and helping steer a steady course through sometimes difficult situations are some of Adam’s strengths. After initially starting his career in audit and insolvency, Adam enjoyed a decade as a senior banker working as a relationship manager and executive in business and corporate banking with two of the big four banks. Adam’s professional advisory career has included roles as a Partner with large accounting practices, including Grant Thornton Australia. Adam was also the group Chief Financial Officer of a large privately owned construction and property group and managed it through a difficult restructure. This role involved responsibility and leadership for financial management of the group. Adam is able to quickly gain an understanding of the key drivers of businesses and quantify the impact that business decisions have on profitability, cash flow and business value.  He works closely with clients to structure their business for growth and advising on acquisitions, debt financing and pre-IPO capital raising. Having worked as a chief financial officer, Adam understands the complexities of working closely with business owners, CEOs and CFOs and provides support across all aspects of business strategy, financial control, acquisitions and capital management. Adam specialises in providing practical commercial, strategic and tactical advice, always with the focus of ensuring his clients are able to protect and maximise the long term value of their business.
